Like the NuBracket Street class, a NuBracket Street participant does not need an expensive high horsepower motorcycle to compete. A stock motorcycle from the show room floor is all one needs to enter this class and to be part of the NDRL racing experience. In this class as well, slower motorcycles have an equal chance to win against faster motorcycles based on the dial-in system where the start of the race for the faster motorcycle is delayed. At the end of the eighth mile track both motorcycles should cross the finish line within a few thousandths of a second of each other. The first one across the finish line
that does not breakout of their predicted dial-in wins. Driver skill and consistency wins over higher horsepower motorcycles.
Designation: NS followed by racer number.

NUBRACKET STREET
Before the race, drivers of both motorcycles will predict the time it will take for their motorcycle to run the track; this is called the driver's 'dial-in time'. The two dial-in times are subtracted from each other and the time difference goes to the driver with the greatest dial-in time. This essentially gives the slowest motorcycle a head start. For example, motorcycle A chooses a dial-in of 7.50 seconds and motorcycle B chooses a dial-in of 6.50 seconds, motorcycle A will get a 1 second head start.

If both motorcycles run their predicted time, the finish will be a tie. In the unlikely event of a tie, the win goes to the driver with the fastest reaction time to the green light.

If a driver runs the track faster than his/her dial-in time, the driver is said to breakout and is disqualified. If both drivers run quicker than their dial-in time or breakout, the win goes to the driver who is closest to his/her dial-in time.

If both drivers run the track slower than their dial-in time, the win goes to the driver who crosses the finish line first.

A foul start (starting before the green light) or crossing any of the lane lines during the race results in automatic disqualification even if the opponent breaks out.
